1. Introduction

Subversion Trades, operated by Lechugas BV (a Dutch private limited company), provides sports trading services. By accessing the service or joining the Telegram group, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

We deliver sports trading analysis, statistical data, educational content, and market insights. All trades are suggestive and non-binding with no guaranteed outcomes.

The service does not constitute gambling, financial advice, or investment services under Dutch or European regulations.

3. User Eligibility and Responsibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in sports trading in their jurisdiction.

Users bear sole responsibility for:

• Legality of access in their jurisdiction
• Fund origins and ensuring funds are legally obtained
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Maintaining Telegram group confidentiality

4. Restricted Territories

The service is unavailable to residents of:

• The Netherlands
• EU/internationally sanctioned countries
• Jurisdictions prohibiting sports trading information services
• Areas where payment processors cannot operate

Access violations result in immediate termination without refunds.

5. Subscription, Payment, and Service Delivery

Fees are in Euros and include applicable VAT for EU customers.

Payment methods include:

• Credit cards
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Revolut
• Other Stripe-processed options

Automatic renewal subscriptions authorize recurring charges. Cancellation requires 24-hour notice before renewal. Sharing Telegram access with third parties results in termination without refund.

6. Refund Policy and Free Extension Guarantee

No refunds are offered; all sales are final. Instead, users receive free extensions:

• Entry/Lite plans: Extend 30 days if unprofitable in the first 30 days
• Pro plans: Free alerts until profitability after 100 trades

Extensions require contacting support with subscription details and are based on official result sheets.

7. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses

Users cannot:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or transmit service materials without written consent
• Resell trades or share content with non-subscribers
• Create derivative services or repackage analysis

Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Engage in illegal gambling
• Share account credentials
• Use automated systems to extract data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of provided content.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability equals amounts paid during the preceding three months.

Users acknowledge sports trading involves risk. We provide information only, not financial advice, and bear no responsibility for investment losses.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to defend and indemnify the company, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from service use.

12. Compliance with Local Laws

Users must ensure their service use complies with local laws, that sports trading is legal in their jurisdiction, and that they meet tax obligations. We provide no legal advice regarding jurisdictional legality.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. Information is not shared with third parties except for payment processing and legal compliance. Data is retained only while subscriptions are active or as legally required.

14. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without notice and may revise terms at any time. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination and Service Availability

Access may be terminated immediately without notice for any reason, including:

• Sharing access or redistributing trades
• Abusive behavior or term violations
• Fraudulent payments
• Accessing from restricted territories

We accept responsibility for ensuring service continuity and will not charge for prolonged unavailability periods.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Netherlands law. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

17. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to accomplish its objectives under applicable law, with remaining provisions continuing in full force.

18. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the company regarding the service and supersede all prior communications.
